I Love coming and getting my favorite type of Pizza here which is the White Cheesy! Although there have been times where I have had to go back Management has always been great. They have seen amd recognized the mistakes made and given me a new Pizza. NOT many places accept their faults. Customer Service has always been great here whether it isanagement or not. The parking area isn't lit too well so I don't like going there alone due to hard economic times. You never know what can happen Marcos still is a great place to eat. At least this particular one for me. Hope everyone enjoys as much as I do.

So we eat here. A lot. Maybe three times a month. Always take out. And for the most part it’s good. Today, we just had a bad experience. Ordered two pizzas, two pizzolis, and a salad. One pizza and the salad were not made like I had requested. Of course I didn’t notice until I got home. We asked for no bacon and also to add olives and onions on the all meat pizza, along with thin crust. It appeared to be made as just a regular all meat pizza, without any of the requested changes. The salad had tomatos, but we had requested no tomatoes and no peppers, at least they left peppers off. There have been a few times they’ve been super busy and we have waited additional time to get our food, and I know everyone here works their behind off, but so do I. And today was not a good day for me. I was supposed to make a baked ziti dish at home, but yard work put me way behind. I just wanted some pizzas and such as an easy dinner and was looking forward to the all meat pizza with the requested changes, and was just disappointed with today’s order. I didn’t even eat any of the salad, but my Wife did. Sure they almost always get it right here (like 98%-99% of the time, I say that since sometimes our pizzas are ready, but not our salad, so I’ve had to wait for that to be made more than once, which seems odd to have the pizzas just sitting there waiting for something that should just be chilling in the fridge) and I rarely say anything or complain, but today just wasn’t a good day, so here is my review.

My friends and I walked in around 11:30 ish last night were greeted by an amazing staff. Fortunately we got the names of them Eli and Tiffany. They went out of there way to make sure everything was amazing and we had a great experience. They had some good jokes and the pizza was amazing. They gave me an estimated time of 10-15 minutes and it came out in 15. Eli and Tiffany were single handedly one of the best two-person crew I have seen due to the way they handle customers, and get there work done. We know how much of a pain it is when customers walk in near closing hours, but they knocked everything we ordered out with no problem. 10/10 experience will come back.

This Marco's has never failed me in 20 years. Pepperoni Magnifico with extra cheese and pepperoni well done. Worth the heart attack every time.
